ReplyPilot Privacy Policy

ReplyPilot helps users draft clear replies for messages they choose to type or paste into the app.

Information We Collect

The current Android app does not require account registration and does not collect personal information through a server controlled by ReplyPilot.

Text entered into the app is processed on the device to generate suggested replies. The app does not request access to contacts, camera, microphone, location, photos, files, calendar, SMS, call logs, or advertising identifiers.

Local Data

ReplyPilot may keep temporary in-app state, such as the current message and recent generated suggestions, on the user's device while the app is running. Users can clear entered text inside the app or remove the app to delete local app data from the device.

Sharing

ReplyPilot does not sell personal information and does not share user-entered message text with advertisers or data brokers.

Children

ReplyPilot is not designed for children and is intended for users aged 13 and older.

Security

We use data minimization by avoiding unnecessary permissions and server-side collection in the current Android app.

Changes

We may update this policy when app features change. The latest version will be available from the Google Play listing or the app support page.
